# Directions:

01 - Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
02 - Add the ground beef and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
