01 - Combine the cream cheese, chives, dill, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and well blended.
02 - Lay out the bread slices. If desired, lightly spread a thin layer of butter on each slice to prevent sogginess.
03 - Evenly spread the herb cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread.
04 - Arrange cucumber slices over half of the bread slices, slightly overlapping for even coverage.
05 - Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down, to form sandwiches.
06 - Gently press each sandwich and trim the crusts if not already removed. Cut each sandwich into quarters (rectangles or triangles) for serving.
